Almost Done

This is one of those good news - bad news situations, or perhaps bad news worse news?

After taking far too long to get there, I’m almost done with the Aquaman commission. My bad, old, fat man’s back got worse recently, which killed¹ my ability to sit at the art table for more than a few minutes at a time, every other day or so.

As a result, this commission will have to be the first and last of this year’s list. An extended recuperation time lies ahead of me, which means the others in line won’t be completed. I’m terribly sorry about that, but at least no money’s been collected on those commissions yet, so none needs to be returned. Still, it irks me to let anyone down.

It’s entirely my fault. I spent a more than forty years at the art table, or writing desk, putting too many hours in every day, knowing I was creating problems down the road.

Oops.
